About the Role:

The Corporate Sales Manager will own the strategy, growth, and execution of S&T’s corporate membership and group sales initiatives. This role is responsible for driving new B2B revenue by building relationships with businesses, hotels, and corporate partners, while also managing and optimizing the existing corporate program.

This is a revenue-focused role requiring strong sales instincts, business acumen, relationship-building skills, and operational discipline. You will identify opportunities, close deals, manage contracts, audit performance, and ensure long-term retention and expansion of corporate accounts. The individual is results-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with a passion for producing high quality results and creating exceptional guest experiences. As a representative of the brand, the individual will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong and positive reputation for the company among internal and external stakeholders.

About You:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining successful partnerships
  • A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, problem-solving, and a mentality of high-accountability and ownership
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines
  • Knowledge and passion for the fitness and wellness industry, with a keen understanding of current trends and consumer behaviour in the luxury market
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including written communication, with the ability to convey ideas and proposals clearly, concisely, and persuasively
  • Creative, strategic thinker who can innovate and drive new business opportunities
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, ability to uphold the highest brand communication and visual standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint and Excel, Adobe Acrobat, CRM systems, project management software, and event management tools
  • An analytical mindset with ability to use quantitative data in decision-making
  • Able to manage time effectively and be available for events or stakeholder meetings outside of regular working hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends when required

Key Responsiblities:

Corporate revenue growth

  • Develop and execute a strategy to grow S&T’s corporate event, membership and group sales programs
  • Identify, prospect, and secure partnerships with businesses including but not limited to commercial and residential developments, retailers, law firms, tech companies, financial institutions, hotels, and other corporate partners for both membership sales and private / corporate event sales
  • Develop, nurture, and manage client relationships to support business development and the corporate program at S&T, including corporate memberships, private space rentals and event bookings
  • Create and deliver tailored proposals and pricing packages aligned to organizational needs from group sales packages to private and corporate events onsite
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach to close

Program ownership & optimization

  • Audit and optimize the current corporate membership program
  • Analyze participation rates, usage data, and retention metrics to improve performance
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Ensure corporate agreements are structured for profitability and scalability
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipelines, forecasts, and reporting

Relationship Management

  • Serve as primary point of contact for corporate partners
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders including HR teams, wellness coordinators, concierge teams, and executive assistants
  • Develop, nurture, and manage client relationships to support business development and the corporate program at S&T, including corporate memberships, private space rentals and event bookings
  • Conduct regular account reviews and performance check-ins
  • Support partner onboarding and internal communication rollouts

Hotel & Hospitality Partnerships

  • Develop partnerships with luxury hotels and hospitality groups to position S&T as the preferred wellness destination for guests
  • Build concierge-level relationships to drive recurring bookings

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing, Partnerships and Events teams to create corporate-facing materials and campaigns
  • Collaborate with Operations and Events teams to deliver seamless corporate experiences
