About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations, team management, and guest experience at Tonic Spa. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong background in scheduling, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management while ensuring the seamless execution of spa services. The Spa Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational excellence, staff development, and high service standards.

This role will begin as part-time, with an opportunity to transition into a full-time leadership position as the business expands.
