In 2023, we opened our first international sister location, Silver Springs, a boutique yoga and Pilates oasis in the heart of Los Angeles, and a new 25,000 sq.ft. immersive fitness & wellness hub in Toronto at The Well. We're now set to open our third location in Toronto in the prestigious Yorkville neighbourhood. About the Role:

Tonic House, located at The Well, is a gathering place, workspace, and lounge for Sweat and Tonic members to plug in, host events, get inspired, and unwind. Tonic House extends the Tonic Bar menu with a dedicated attendant, providing a workspace and serving cocktails and snacks into the night. The Tonic Bar and Tonic House play a crucial role in realizing our mission to elevate fitness and wellness in Canada.

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Full-time Tonic House Attendant (Monday-Friday) who is passionate about food, health and wellness, with a desire to contribute to the growth and mission of Sweat and Tonic.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and members warmly, ensuring each guest has their membership card.
  • Ensure that members uphold the standards of etiquette outlined in the Tonic House house rules.
  • Proactively provide friendly, attentive and efficient service, delivering a premium guest experience.
  • Demonstrate fluency and mastery of the Tonic House and Tonic Bar menu and sharing that knowledge with our guests and members.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to become a highly trained Barista.
  • Ring orders through the POS and handle payments accurately.
  • Prepare and serve our menu of coffee, tea and smoothies, following established recipes and quality standards. 
  • Prepare and serve food items, including baked goods, toast, and other snacks.
  • Working together to keep our space immaculately clean, and assisting in general clean-up throughout the shift.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $18.00/hour, depending on experience
