About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated IV certified Registered Nurse with extensive expereince in starting and monitoring IVs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a diverse skill set in various medical settings. Our dedicated IV treatment room is excellent for a registered nurse who works well independently as well as with a naturopath, has experience growing their personal business and retaining their clientelle.  As a pracitioner of the Sweat and Tonic team, you ensure all wellness offerings are carried out with excellence. This opportunity would be great for a registered nurse who has availability 2-3 days per week and enjoys working with wellness enthusiasts. 

You will report to our Spa Manager.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all treatment offerings are executed at the highest quality level that aligns with S&T’s premium brand standards
• Provide assessments and treatments according to the standards 
• Encourage each client to re-book their next appointment according to their treatment plan
• Complete health entries for each guest(s) post treatment 
• Ensure the treatment rooms are properly santized after each guest  
• Motivate, inspire and build relationships with team members to foster a culture that collaborates, elevates, and belongs
• Collaborate with other practioners to create treatment plans for our clients
• Delivers exceptional customer service, both in and out of treatment
• Participating in promotional events, photo & video shoots, and campaigns
  
• Respond to email communication in a timely manner
• Notify management when supplies are diminishing, equipment needs maintenance or is broken

About You:

• Has an existing clientelle
• Applicant must be confident in their IV skills.
• Experience in Iron infusions is an asset.
• Duties include IV therapy, IM injections
• Valid ON nursing license and IV certification is a must.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  
• Self-motivated to build up your business 
• Must be passionate about fitness and health
