About the Role
You are an accomplished team player who works cross functionally with a diverse team. You possess excellent problem solving skills and an ability to take initiative and assist with studio tasks and finding effective solutions without direction.
As a Front of House Associate you will prioritise the guest experience above all. As someone with excellent communication you will aid in providing a seamless guest experience. Your friendly and professional phone and email etiquette is essential to this process. You will assist the Shift Manager in fostering a collaborative team that operates cohesively, with a shared focus on learning and growth between team members.
Additionally, all FOH Associates will receive training on non-physical de-escalation in challenging situations and inventory loss management (theft) with members of the downtown community.
The successful candidate will work approximately 35 scheduled hours per week. The candidate must have availability Monday - Friday from 4:30 PM - 10:30 PM.
