About the role:
We’re seeking an experienced, full-time Marketing Manager to support the expansion of the S&T brand and drive customer and revenue growth for ancillary business units including Reformd, Tonic Spa, Tonic Bar, and the S&T retail shop. The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, detail-oriented, results-driven, and self-motivated; a skilled writer, communicator, and designer, with a passion for producing high quality work and exceptional guest experiences. You will own marketing for these business units from start to finish. As a brand expert and voice of the company, you’ll be responsible for ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms and media, and developing and overseeing brand identity, content creation, social media, PR and communication strategies, community management, and building a strong and positive reputation for the company among internal and external stakeholders.
