About the Role:

The Brand Partnerships & Events Manager will lead the strategy and execution of revenue-generating partnerships and high-impact events and activations to support the growth of the S&T brand. This role integrates sales leadership and acumen, relationship-building, and brand and creative execution. The individual is results-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with a passion for producing high quality results and creating exceptional guest experiences. As a representative of the brand, the individual will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong and positive reputation for the company among internal and external stakeholders.

About You:

  • 3+ years experience in partnerships, sales & business development, or event management, in luxury hospitality, fitness, wellness or lifestyle / beauty industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Strong network within the luxury hospitality, fitness, wellness or lifestyle / beauty industry, with proven experience in securing high-end partnerships
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining successful partnerships.
  • Proven experience in event planning and execution, particularly in high-end or corporate settings
  • Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines
  • Knowledge and passion for the fitness and wellness industry, with a keen understanding of current trends and consumer behavior in the luxury market
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including written communication, with the ability to convey ideas and proposals clearly, concisely, and persuasively
  • Creative, strategic thinker who can innovate and drive new business opportunities
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, ability to uphold the highest brand communication and visual standards
  • Experience working with premium brands and understanding their service expectations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint and Excel, Adobe Acrobat, CRM systems, project management software, and event management tools
  • Certification in event planning or project management is a plus

    Key Responsibilities

    Brand partnerships

    • Develop and execute partnerships strategies aligned with brand and company objectives for all business lines including Sweat and Tonic, Reformd, Tonic Spa, and Tonic Bar
    • Identify, negotiate, and manage high-value partnerships with complementary brands, sponsors, and strategic allies to build a robust sales pipeline, drive revenue growth, and brand visibility
    • Manage inbound and outbound sales and partnership inquiries, and develop and execute on outbound sales and partnership strategies
    • Monitor and report on partnership performance, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and opportunities for growth are explored
    • Attend industry events; cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality, retail, and fitness sectors, ensuring long-term engagement and mutual benefit

     

      Event management

      • Plan, manage, and own the programming, logistics, and execution of all on-site and off-site events and activations at the highest brand standards, including but not limited to:
        • Free and paid/ticketed S&T community events
        • Brand partnership activations
        • Brand-sponsored events and classes
        • External sponsorship and industry events
        • Internal team events

      Communication & brand execution

      • Execute in accordance with all brand standards and ensure all partnerships are brand-aligned
      • Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Fitness, and other business units to strategically plan, manage, and execute campaigns
      • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high quality presentations, sales collateral, and other print or digital material that are representative of a premium brand experience
      • Ensure a consistent a brand voice, brand image, and storytelling in communications that are representative of a premium brand experience

      Reporting & KPIs

      • Deliver on annual budget, track performance, forecast revenue, and report on department KPIs
      • Prepare and track client proposals, from prospect to conversion, and maintain organized records to the highest standard
      • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting with department KPIs and be able to respond to successes and opportunities
      • Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines, with flexibility to adapt quickly to meet the needs of the business, with efficiency, quality, and judgment

      Compensation & Benefits

      • $70,000 - $90,000 base salary + commission
