About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and highly-organized Partnerships & Events Associate to help bring Sweat and Tonic’s private events and brand experiences to life. This full-time role supports the planning and execution of private classes, wellness events, and brand activations that drive revenue and deepen community engagement. You’ll manage everything from corporate conferences onsite, brand activations, internal socials, and member facing experiences.

Revenue-driving programs include corporate memberships, private/semi-private bookings, venue rentals and brand partnerships. You’ll liaise directly with clients, vendors, and internal teams to bring events to life while maintaining the highest brand standards and exceptional guest experiences. The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast paced, high-touch environment.

This is an in-person role, based in Toronto. Successful candidates must be able to travel between all S&T locations.



Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Support planning and logistics for all event formats, including but not limited to private classes, on-site and off-site activations, private bookings and parties, community events, and internal socials at all locations
  • Manage the team inbox including inbound leads and inquiries, provide quotes, schedule meetings, and lead tours through to execution of events
  • Coordinate execution of all events and activations, including on-site support, signage setup, brand materials, and vendor coordination, as well as coordinating additional staff for events as needed
  • Act as a point-of-contact for clients from onboarding through event execution, delivering exceptional and seamless premium experiences to the highest brand standards
  • Maintain event calendars, CRM pipelines, and follow-ups, ensuring communication and documentation are consistently updated in Hubspot.
  • Provide ongoing administrative support for the corporate membership program, including but not limited to tracking enrollment, eligibility, and regular audits
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments including, Marketing, Food & Beverage, Fitness, Tonic Spa, and Operations teams to execute flawless events
  • Own client communications and follow ups for inbound event leads, helping move opportunities through the funnel.
  • Coordinate labour and vendor quotes, bookings, and logistics third-party services including but not limited to catering and beverage services, rentals, photographers, and DJs, event supplies, and more
  • Create ROS for all events and communicate to various teams pre-execution
  • Support ideation, planning, and execution for internal programming, including but not limited to team socials, fundraisers, and company-wide celebrations
  • Identify and surface opportunities for future partnerships, collaborations, and pop-ups that align with S&T’s brand and community

About You:

  • 1 - 2+ years of experience in events, hospitality, or a client-facing role, ideally in a high volume or fast paced environment
  • Experience with planning, organizing, and running events
  • A creative thinker and self-motivated problem-solver who takes initiative, adapts quickly, and has a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and bringing premium experiences to life.
  • Strong time-management and the ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, ability to uphold the highest brand communication and visual standards
  • An exceptional communicator, including writing emails, presenting ideas, and managing live event logistics.
  • Familiar with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Comfortable working independently, collaborating across teams, and communicating with leadership.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends when required.
  • Interest in boutique fitness, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a strong asset.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary: $51,000 - $57,000 based on experience
