About the Role:

As a Spa Attendant at Sweat and Tonic, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our premium spa facilities. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently follow cleaning protocols, support daily operations, maintain equipment, conduct routine inspections, and ensure all health and safety procedures are followed. You'll also be tasked with preparing treatment rooms, restocking supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues promptly to help deliver an exceptional wellness experience to our guests.

Part Time, Weekend Availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the facility, ensuring all areas remain tidy and well-organized.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to keep the spa in pristine condition.
  • Support daily operations and help the team maintain operational efficiency.
  • Keep spa equipment and amenities clean and properly maintained.
  • Perform routine inspections to quickly identify and address cleanliness issues.
  • Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Promptly report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to appropriate personnel.
  • Prepare and set up treatment rooms and public areas as needed.
  • Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.

About You:

  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail in cleaning and organizing tasks.
  • Has prior experience in spa, hospitality, or similar customer service environments.
  • Values cleanliness and takes pride in maintaining pristine facilities.
  • Shows reliability and consistency in following established protocols and schedules.
  • Possesses good physical stamina for the demands of the role.
  • Exhibits strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Maintains a positive, service-oriented attitude when interacting with guests and team members.
  • Shows initiative in identifying and addressing issues before they become problems.
  • Works well independently but also collaborates effectively as part of a team.
  • Has knowledge of or willingness to learn about spa services, equipment, and products.
