About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and dedicated Corporate Sales & Events Associate who is passionate about networking, growing a business, and collaborating with a team. You will work closely with the Corporate Sales and Events Manager to execute sales strategies, drive revenue, track performance, and build long-lasting relationships within the community. Your overall goal is to increase sales for corporate partners, brand partners, and on-site events.
As a Corporate Sales and Events Associate, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and executing impactful semi-private/private classes, events, and socials. As the contact person for all private and semi-private events, you will respond to client inquiries in a timely manner. In addition, you'll contribute to corporate sales and brand partnerships, requiring strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable in client interactions and adept at quick problem-solving, you will be a key player in achieving sales targets.
You will lead corporate outreach to local partners, offering corporate wellness packages for their employees. You will plan and execute pre and post-opening events for our membership base and the media to help promote and celebrate our launch.
You will facilitate the ever-increasing demand for private group fitness classes, corporate and private events within S&T's space, social events for the S&T community, and brand partnership events. In the past, brand partners of Sweat and Tonic include belif, Caudalie, Benefit Cosmetics, Reebok, Lululemon, On Running, Samsung, Gatorade, and many more.
