We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Full-Time Front Desk Associate, who is eager to advance their career and provide exceptional guest experiences. As a valued member of the Front of House team, you will actively engage with guests and foster positive relationships within our community. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests throughout their entire studio experience.

About You
You are an accomplished team player who works cross functionally with a diverse team. You possess excellent problem solving skills and an ability to take initiative and assist with studio tasks and finding effective solutions without direction.
As a Front Desk Associate you will prioritise the guest experience above all. As someone with excellent communication you will aid in providing a seamless guest experience. Your friendly and professional phone and email etiquette is essential to this process. You will assist the Shift Manager in fostering a collaborative team that operates cohesively, with a shared focus on learning and growth between team members.
Additionally, all FOH Associates will receive training on non-physical de-escalation in challenging situations and inventory loss management (theft) with members of the downtown community.
The successful candidate will work approximately 30 - 40 scheduled hours per week. The candidate must have availability Monday - Friday from 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM
