Front Desk Team Member

Expert instructors design and lead up to 180 classes weekly. Premium café, spa and bar offerings recharge, recover and reignite. We are seeking a professional and dedicated Full-Time Front Desk Team Member who is passionate about growing their career and delivering great guest experiences. As part of the Front of House team, you will assist guests and build positive and lasting relationships with our incredible community. Team members are responsible for assisting guest's throughout their studio experience from beginning to end. 

Overview of Duties:

• Assisting guest check - in and guiding them to their class.
• Provide a thorough studio tour.
• Maintain cleanliness of the studio space referring closely to hourly and daily clening checklists.
• Answer guest inquiries regarding memberships and classes.
• Deliver excellent guest services in line with standard operating procedures.

The successful candidate will work approximately 30 scheduled hours per week. The candidate must have availability Monday - Friday from 5.30am - 2pm and on select evenings and weekends as required. 

Compensation and Benefits

• $18/hour depending on experience

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service, administration, and/or hospitality experience with a premium brand.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Personal interest in health and fitness a plus
