We are currently recruiting for Food and Beverage Manager to join our fast-growing and dynamic team. The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Sweat and Tonic’s F&B experience at two locations, the second of which is scheduled to open in October 2023. The role is responsible for growing Sweat and Tonic’s cocktail bar at two locations, creating a food offering to support beverage sales, working with our sales and events team to coordinate and manage the private function team and catering as well as working closely with current Food and Beverage partners at S&T to ensure the guest experience of all partnered brands is aligned to deliver excellence.
This position requires an F&B leader with experience in food menu development for a wellness focused audience who is also comfortable spearheading a hot, cold, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage program suitable for day and nighttime audiences and can adapt offerings to deliver the needs of small and large private group functions.
