Job Overview
As a Wellness Concierge at Tonic Spa, you will be at the forefront of delivering unparalleled guest experiences within our wellness and recovery Spa. This role is pivotal in curating a seamless and transformative journey for our guests, from the moment they step through our doors. You will be responsible for guiding guests through our cutting-edge biohacking therapies and traditional spa treatments, ensuring that every interaction reflects the highest standards of guest experience and personalized care. As an ambassador of Tonic Spa, you will uphold our commitment to excellence, maintaining a poised and professional demeanor in a vibrant and dynamic environment. Your role will encompass guest education, service delivery, and the meticulous management of our exquisite facilities, all contributing to the holistic well-being of our discerning clientele.
Responsibilities
Exemplary Guest Service: Be the embodiment of Tonic Spa’s luxury ethos, delivering personalized, top-tier service with warmth and attention to detail.
Exclusive Spa Tours: Provide guests with guided tours of Spa, showcasing our state-of-the-art facilities and explaining the unique benefits of our premium services.
Impeccable Facility Maintenance: Ensure the pristine upkeep of the pool deck and spa facilities, meticulously preparing each space to exceed guest expectations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and order.
Concierge-Level Tea Service: Attend to guests on our all-season patio, offering a seamless beverage service that complements their wellness experience.
Guided Wellness Sessions: Lead guests through their cryotherapy, compression therapy, and red-light therapy sessions, offering expert guidance and ensuring a comfortable experience.
Luxurious Environment Preparation: Support turnover of treatment rooms between hot/cold contrast therapy appointments, ensuring every detail is perfect for the next guest.
Guest Education & Empowerment: Engage with guests to deepen their understanding of our exclusive service offerings, enhancing their wellness journey with informed and personalized recommendations.
Client Care: Address any guest inquiries or concerns with the utmost professionalism, ensuring a swift and satisfying resolution that aligns with our commitment to excellence.
Collaborative Service Excellence: Work collaboratively with Spa Receptionist, Attendants, and Practitioners to deliver a seamless and elevated experience, ensuring every aspect of the guest’s visit is exceptional.
Continuous Improvement & Training: Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives to maintain our status as a leader in luxury wellness and ensure that our service offerings remain at the forefront of the industry.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation and continued success of Tonic Spa.
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, maintaining a composed and graceful presence.
Capacity to move, carry, or lift up to 20 pounds, with ease and attention to maintaining the luxurious environment.
Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb, and stand for prolonged periods, adapting gracefully to the physical demands of the role.
Comfort working in environments with varying temperatures, ensuring guest comfort is always prioritized.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a high-end customer service role, preferably within a luxury spa or wellness environment.
Exceptional computer skills, with proficiency in booking or reservation systems preferred.
Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered an asset.
Strong sales acumen, with the ability to discreetly and effectively recommend services and products.
Deep passion for wellness, health, and fitness, with a genuine commitment to personal well-being and professional excellence.
Flexibility to accommodate a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum commitment of 2-3 shifts per week.
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, luxury setting, with impeccable organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Highly independent and self-motivated, with demonstrated leadership qualities and a dedication to delivering an unparalleled guest experience.
