About The Role:

Our HIIT Studio team is looking for educated, entertaining, and organized fitness professionals who want to share their passion for getting people sweating with an experience like no other.  Our modular space combines three stations (treadmills, weights, calisthenics) into a group trainers playground for unique and fast paced workout that will challenge our incredible fitness community.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver world-class fitness experiences that emphasize entertainment, education, and community-building
  • Develop class programming, playlists, and signature elements that allow your own unique approach and practice to shine while working within the framework of the S&T brand and standards of excellence
  • Motivate, inspire and build relationships with guests as well as fellow team members
  • Show up on time (15-20 mins before the scheduled class time) and be fully prepared to offer an exceptional experience to guests
  • Live the brand values of leading by example, being relentless in finding a way, and demonstrating that we are stronger together
  • Participate in promotional events, photo/video shoots, and brand initiatives
  • Act as a Sweat & Tonic ambassador, both in and out of class

About You:

  • Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification or equivalent experience
  • At least 2-5  years of experience teaching in group fitness studios or personal training clients
  • Familiar with multi-station management
  • Thorough understanding of teaching to open level groups
  • Experience with strength & conditioning. Boxing, athletics and other training styles are an asset
  • Exceptional communication skills for coaching and cueing 
  • Continued interest in additional training/continuing education/development
  • Interested in feedback/discourse to inspire growth amongst teaching staff
  • Committed to teaching authentically, thoughtfully, and with integrity
  • Possesses a natural ability to create connections and build community
  • Experience using audio equipment like microphones/headsets 
  • CPR/AED Certification

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $70 base rate for teaching class, bonus structure based on capacity to earn up to $155/class
